What is Dr. Hanna 16?

In my initial phase of research, I learned that by eating a specific combination of organic vegetables daily could provide the body with the essential nutrients it desires. However I soon realized that by blending this combination into a cream form the nutrients were readily absorbed into the bloodstream so they could actually go to use immediately.  

In recent years my research has led me to conclude that by grinding down specific combinations of organic and raw proteins found in seeds and nuts, would supply the essential proteins that the body needs in a form that is also readily absorbed. The same concept applies to special combinations of organic fibers that are imperative in the body's cleansing and elimination processes.
